Power for good: PICU

Josh and I are here in the PICU with Robbie. He is doing well. Right now he is watching a little fish light toy that sings Canon D. :)

Today his central line came out. Taking out the lines was not a very pleasant experience, but the good news is I get to hold Robbie now. As I took Robbie in my arms for the first time, tears filled my eyes; I felt this overwhelming sweep of gratitude, love and thanks for this beautiful boy. I told Robbie that many people are cheering for him. There has been a great power for good even during these challenging times. It is incredible.
